Andriy Yermak, the former head of the Office of the President, thanked everyone who helped with his bail after his release from pretrial detention, including people he does not know personally. He described the situation as a “difficult time” and stated that he would continue to fight to clear his name. Yermak also denies all charges. He shared this on Telegram.

 

After being released from pretrial detention, Andriy Yermak publicly addressed everyone who contributed to the bail fund and acknowledged that it had been a difficult period for him, while emphasizing that he continues to maintain his innocence and intends to defend his position strictly within the legal framework.

He thanked both acquaintances and people he does not know personally but who supported him financially. “I am sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed to raising the necessary bail amount—both to people I know personally and to those I do not yet know. Thank you to everyone who is supporting me during this difficult time. Justice is worth fighting for,” Yermak noted.

He specifically emphasized that he has no intention of leaving the country and plans to remain in Ukraine, continuing his work, particularly in assisting the military, prisoners of war, and people in need of support. “I respect the law and will continue to defend my position and my reputation exclusively through legal means. I have not fled anywhere and do not intend to,” he added.

Yermak also stressed that he will continue to work for the benefit of the state, despite the situation surrounding the case involving him that has caused a public outcry.

It has been revealed who exactly posted bail for former Head of the President’s Office Andriy Yermak—the funds came from seven individuals and seven legal entities. Among them are well-known names, including Ukraine national team coach Serhiy Rebrov.

On May 18, journalists from “Schemes” identified the companies that contributed the majority of the bail for former Head of the President’s Office Andriy Yermak. According to the investigation, seven firms transferred over 94 million hryvnias, although 85 million were still needed to fully cover the 140 million hryvnia bail set by the court.
