Serhiy Tyurin, head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration, has published his 2025 financial disclosure statement. The main changes include an increase in his salary and the absence from the statement of a Kyiv apartment previously occupied by his son, Danylo.
The official does not own any residential property solely in his name, according to his declaration.
He is registered at a 91.2 m² house in Khmelnytskyi, where ownership is shared among eight relatives. Since 2020, Tyurin has been renting a 54.1 m² apartment in Khmelnytskyi. The 60.6 m² apartment in Kyiv, which his son used in 2024, is not listed in the new declaration.
The remaining movable property consists of antiques and jewelry: an antique icon depicting Jesus Christ, a women’s gold bracelet watch, and a gold bracelet with precious stones. No vehicles are listed for the family.
Cash savings have decreased slightly: from $297,000 in 2024 to $290,000 in 2025. In contrast, bank assets have increased: over 70,900 UAH is held in accounts at PrivatBank (in 2024—about 41,000 UAH). There are also accounts at OTP Bank (30 euros) and Credit Agricole Bank. His son, Danylo, has 330 UAH in his account.
In 2025, Tyurin’s main income was his salary as head of the Regional State Administration—1,447,673 UAH (in 2024—1.08 million UAH), which amounts to an average monthly income of over 120,000 UAH. He did not receive any additional income from membership in professional organizations—the National Bar Association of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Bar Association.
Earlier, Acting Head of the National Social Service of Ukraine Ihor Ilchenko reported 18,223 UAH in income in his 2025 electronic declaration.
