The Cabinet of Ministers has appointed Ivan Fedorov as head of the Recovery Agency
The Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Ivan Fedorov from his position as head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration and appointed him head of the State Agency for the Restoration and Development of Ukraine’s Infrastructure.
In his new position, Fedorov replaced Serhiy Sukhomlyn, whom the government had dismissed from his post as head of the Agency. Fedorov had headed the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration since February 2024.

Serhiy Sukhomlyn was dismissed from his position as head of the State Agency for Infrastructure Restoration and Development of Ukraine.
At the same time, the government appointed Ivan Fedorov, who previously headed the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, to this position.
Fedorov had headed the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration since February 2024.
It is known that Serhiy Sukhomlyn, the head of the Agency for Reconstruction, submitted his resignation on July 29, 2026, of his own accord. He had held this position since September 2024.
This was announced by Taras Melnychuk, the Permanent Representative of the Cabinet of Ministers to the Verkhovna Rada.
