Denis Oliinyk, head of the Kharkiv Employment Center, has declared assets held by his relatives
Denis Oliinyk, director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, has declared his family’s real estate, vehicles, and income; some of the property is registered in the names of relatives. According to the declaration as of May 19, the family owns two apartments in Kharkiv, a garage, and uses a residential house with an area of over 400 square meters belonging to the official’s father, among other assets.

The family owns two apartments, each 69.6 m² in size, in Kharkiv. One was purchased in 2002 (owned by his wife, Irina), the other in 2003 (owned by his wife; Denys has temporary residency rights). There is also a 60.48-square-meter garage in the “Olimpiets” garage and construction cooperative (right of use).
Denis is registered at a residential building with an area of 413.6 m², which belongs to his father, Volodymyr Oliinyk (right of use—registration).
According to Kharkiv real estate market data for May 2026, the average price per square meter on the secondary market is approximately $740–800. An apartment with an area of 69.6 m² is currently valued at $51,000–$56,000, depending on the neighborhood and condition. A residential building over 400 m² in Kharkiv costs $120,000–$300,000 on the market, depending on the location, plot, and conditions.
The declaration lists a Land Rover Range Rover Sport (2018) used by Denys (the owner is a citizen named Olena Oliinyk). His wife, Iryna Oliinyk, has owned a 50% stake in Profimit LLC since 2020 (the share’s authorized capital is 3,000 hryvnias). The company is registered in the village of Tsyrkuny, Kharkiv District.

- Salary from the State Employment Center — 1.1 million hryvnias.
- Salary from the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center — 120,000 hryvnias.
- Salary from a part-time position at Karazin Kharkiv National University — 60,000 hryvnias.
Iryna Oliinyk: dividends from Profimit LLC — 516,000 hryvnias.
Daughter Sofia: scholarship from Kharkiv National Medical University — 28.5 hryvnias.
Cash: $3,000 and 50,000 hryvnias.
