Reserve+ users have experienced service disruptions
The Reserve+ app experienced issues on Sunday, September 20. Users report that when they open the app, an error message appears, after which they are unable to access it.
The Reserve+ app is experiencing a glitch. The issues began early in the morning on September 20. When opening the app, instead of the usual home screen, users see the message: “Something strange happened. Please try again later.” After tapping the “Try Again” button, the situation does not change. The app displays the same error message again.
Due to the outage, users may currently have trouble accessing Reserve+ services. The app is used by those subject to military service, conscripts, and reservists to access their military registration records and other electronic services.
As of the time of publication, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense had not reported the cause of the outage or when the app is expected to resume normal operation. It is also unclear whether the issue affects all users or only some of them. Users who encounter an error should try accessing the app later.
