Turkey has presented Ukraine with a proposal for a ceasefire in the Black Sea

Turkey has developed a new proposal to resolve the crisis in the Black Sea and has already submitted it to Ukraine and Russia. This was stated by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

According to the Turkish diplomat, achieving a sustainable resolution to the situation is currently difficult, and the parties must choose between continuing the war and seeking a compromise to ensure global food security.

Fidan declined to disclose details of the initiative but recalled the experience of the 2022 Black Sea Grain Agreement and emphasized that Ankara is determined to see the resolution process through to the end.
