A minibus overturned on the Kyiv–Chop highway; seven people were injured
An accident involving a passenger car and a shuttle bus occurred in the Zhytomyr region. After the collision, the shuttle bus overturned, and seven people were injured—the driver of the passenger car and six bus passengers.
The accident occurred on August 25 at approximately 2:30 p.m. at the 90th kilometer mark of the Kyiv–Chop highway. It took place near the village of Tsarivka in the Korostyshiv community. According to preliminary police reports, the driver of a Chevrolet Aveo was traveling toward Kyiv. At some point, he collided with a Volkswagen LT shuttle bus that was traveling in the same direction.

The bus was operating on the Lutsk–Kyiv route. The impact caused the bus to overturn. Seven people were injured in the accident. Among them were the driver of the Chevrolet Aveo and six bus passengers. All of the injured were taken to the regional hospital, where they are receiving the necessary medical care.

Law enforcement officials are currently investigating the circumstances of the accident. The police are also determining the exact cause of the collision. Emergency services responded to the scene, and investigators are documenting the aftermath of the accident and gathering the necessary evidence. The Zhytomyr Regional Police reported this on Facebook.
