Mindich filed a second lawsuit against People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak
Businessman Timur Mindich has filed a second lawsuit to protect his honor, dignity, and business reputation against Ukrainian MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
According to the parliamentarian, the new legal document is a separate lawsuit, and the amount of the claim, as in the previous case, is 200 hryvnias.
The politician noted that this time, the reason for the lawsuit was his public exposure of corruption schemes in Ukraine’s energy sector, as well as information about the businessman’s vacations abroad.
“This time, he doesn’t like that I’m talking about corruption in the energy sector and his strolls on the beaches of Israel. I’ll provide details on the lawsuit separately later,” the MP stated.
He also emphasized that his team is fully prepared for this new phase of the legal battle and is ready to take on this legal challenge.

Yaroslav Zheleznyak reacted ironically to the businessman’s latest appeal to the court, calling such heightened attention a testament to the effectiveness of his work and investigations into “MindichGate.”
The politician compared receiving a second lawsuit in a row to a prestigious award in his professional career.
“I considered the first lawsuit to be recognition of our team’s work on MindichGate. And mine, as a member of parliament. But receiving two lawsuits in a row from Mindich is like winning the Grand Prix. Still, we accept this legal challenge as well,” the lawmaker emphasized.
The MP promised to publish a detailed analysis of the plaintiff’s legal arguments at a later date.
This was reported by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak on his official Telegram channel.
