In the Cherkasy region, a man was admitted to the intensive care unit after visiting the TCC
A 54-year-old resident of Zvenyhorodka was supposed to be taken to Uman for a routine medical examination, but after a visit to the local TCC, the man ended up in intensive care with severe injuries. This was reported by Dmytro Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada’s Commissioner for Human Rights.
According to the man, force was used against him inside the TCC, and he was doused with cold water. Doctors diagnosed him with multiple rib fractures, a ruptured lung, and a pneumothorax. His life was saved during surgery.
Lubinec stated that the man described the treatment he received as extremely humiliating. The ombudsman emphasized that the investigation must identify everyone involved in the incident, as well as those who may have witnessed the event or attempted to cover it up.
Following the incident, the regional military command took disciplinary action—the head of the Zvenyhorod District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support was dismissed from his post.

TCK officials are suspected of carrying out a fictitious mobilization of 857 people.
A man was not allowed to call his family from the TCC for a week, according to the ombudsman.
Lubinec announced two criminal investigations following an audit of the Khmelnytsky Regional Military Registration and Enlistment Office.
A scheme involving the fictitious mobilization of 276 people was uncovered at the TCC: among them were deceased individuals and prisoners.
