In the Khmelnytskyi region, a Russian agent was sentenced to 15 years for filming a military unit
A 27-year-old resident of Khmelnytskyi was sentenced to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property for treason.
According to the investigation, in March 2025, the woman agreed to cooperate with a representative of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB). She rented an apartment across from one of the city’s military units and installed an app on her phone that recorded the time and GPS coordinates of her shots.
For two weeks, the defendant took photos and videos of the military facility, after which she transmitted the materials to the representative of the Russian intelligence service. She received payment for this via a cryptocurrency wallet.
During a search, law enforcement officers seized a phone containing correspondence with the FSB representative. The woman has been in custody since her arrest.
