In the Carpathian region, a car collided with a minibus; one person was killed and others were injured
A traffic accident occurred in the village of Tyapche in the Carpathian region, resulting in the death of a passenger car driver. Eight passengers on the minibus were also injured.
The Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Police reported this on Facebook.
“On April 17, at approximately 12:40 p.m., the 102 emergency line received a report of a traffic accident in the village of Tyapche, Dolyna Territorial Community, on Highway H-10… A Mazda CX-7 collided with a Mercedes Sprinter, which was operating the Ivano-Frankivsk–Lviv route. As a result of the accident, the driver of the Mercedes Sprinter died at the scene from his injuries," the police report states.
It is noted that as a result of the accident, about eight passengers sustained injuries of varying severity.
In the Carpathian region, a judge will face trial for a fatal traffic accident.
In the Chernihiv region, eight people were injured in a traffic accident.
Also, in the Rivne region, road workers were charged in connection with a traffic accident that left three people dead.
