A traffic accident involving a motorcycle and a passenger car occurred in the village of Klembivka in Vinnytsia Oblast. A 14-year-old local resident was riding a Spark motorcycle when she collided with an Audi driven by a 22-year-old driver. Several people were injured in the accident, and the circumstances of the crash are under investigation.
This was reported by the Main Directorate of the National Police in Vinnytsia Oblast.
As a result of the accident, the motorcycle driver and her 19-year-old passenger were injured and hospitalized with physical injuries.
An investigation into the accident is underway under Part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of traffic safety rules or transport operation rules by persons driving vehicles). Such an offense is punishable by up to three years of restricted freedom with a three-year suspension of the right to drive vehicles.
