The NABU and the SAPO are conducting an investigation into a corruption case involving the Supreme Court
On May 19, Ukraine’s anti-corruption authorities are conducting investigative activities as part of an investigation into a corruption case at the Supreme Court, specifically involving the institution’s former leadership. Details of the proceedings are not being disclosed at this time, but procedural actions related to possible abuses within the judicial system are ongoing as part of the investigation.
These actions are being carried out at the workplaces, residences, and in the vehicles of a number of current and former Supreme Court judges. This includes the former head of the Supreme Court, whose case is currently being heard by the High Anti-Corruption Court.
