NABU Will Temporarily Stop Accepting Electronic Requests: How to File a Request

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has temporarily suspended the acceptance of electronic submissions, applications, and inquiries due to technical issues.

NABU noted that the system for receiving communications via the National Bureau’s email addresses, as well as through the feedback forms on its official website, is currently not working.

“Due to technical issues, the acceptance of electronic appeals, applications, and inquiries via the National Bureau’s email addresses, as well as through the feedback forms on the NABU website, has been temporarily suspended,” the statement reads.

Despite the issues with the online services, citizens can currently use other methods to submit inquiries.

In particular, you can contact NABU:

  • via the toll-free hotline at 0 800 213 200;
  • by mail at the following address: 03035, Kyiv, 3 D. Monastyrskyi St.;
  • in person at the NABU public reception office in Kyiv.

The Bureau also assured that it will provide further notice once its electronic services are restored.

“We will provide further information regarding the resumption of electronic services,” NABU promised.

This was reported by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau.

As a reminder, the Office of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, has received 1,903 complaints regarding violations of the right to privacy so far this year.
