The National Police conducted extensive searches at the offices of TCC officials
Law enforcement agencies conducted a nationwide investigation into possible corruption offenses among officials at regional recruitment and social support centers. The investigation concerns cases of illicit enrichment and false asset declarations amounting to tens of millions of hryvnias.
This was reported by the National Police of Ukraine.
According to the investigation, violations amounting to nearly 92 million hryvnias have been documented. In particular, one of the suspects—the head of a district recruitment center in Odesa—acquired assets worth over 45 million hryvnias during his tenure.
Law enforcement officials are investigating both current and former officials of the TCC and the Joint Center who may have used their official positions to obtain illegal income. Among them are heads of departments, territorial centers, and other officials.

Specifically, a discrepancy of approximately 10 million UAH was found between the declared and actual assets of one of the assistants to the head of the Joint Center, and over 6.6 million UAH for another former official.
As part of the investigation, 44 searches were conducted in 16 regions—at residences, in office premises, and in vehicles. Police units, the State Bureau of Investigation (DBR), and the defense prosecutor’s office were involved in the investigative actions.

During the searches, vehicles were seized, including various Tesla models, motorcycles, cash in national and foreign currencies, as well as documents that may indicate the laundering of illegally obtained funds.
In addition, over the course of several days, more than 150 administrative reports were filed for violations of anti-corruption laws, specifically regarding conflicts of interest, financial oversight, and holding multiple positions.

The pre-trial investigation is ongoing, and law enforcement officials are gathering evidence to support future charges.
At the same time, in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent until their guilt is proven in accordance with the law and established by a court conviction.
The State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) has announcednew charges against a former official from Mykolaiv.
As a reminder, the SBI detained military personnel for embezzling over 47 million hryvnias involving FPV drones.
The SBI also detained an officer of the Kyiv Territorial Recruitment Center for torturing conscripts.
