Komarnytskyi, who is wanted by authorities, owns the Atlantida boutique hotel in Slovenia — social media
Denis Komarnytskyi, a former member of the Kyiv City Council who is considered to be in charge of Kyiv, owns the modern, luxury boutique hotel Atlantida in Slovenia. It is located in the well-known resort town of Rogaška Slatina, just 200 meters from Central Park and the Rogaška Medical Center.
This was reported by the Bond News Telegram channel.
“VIP guests are personally greeted by the hotel owner—Denis Serhiyovych Komarnytskyi, the overseer of the Kyiv City Council and ‘toilet’ schemes. Guests have access to a spa center with an indoor pool, sauna, and whirlpool, a terrace, and a restaurant. I hope that BEB Director Tsivinsky will still ask Komarnytsky whether he paid all taxes when purchasing this hotel. We won’t even dream of confiscation or transferring the hotel to Ukrainian ownership,” the message states.
As a reminder, former Kyiv City Council deputy Denys Komarnytskyi used a camouflaged vehicle intended for transporting the bodies of fallen Ukrainian soldiers to leave the country. The latter drove ahead of the fugitive’s car and conducted reconnaissance so that the former deputy could flee Ukraine unhindered.
Denis Komarnytskyi and nine other members of the criminal organization were exposed on February 6, 2025. At that time, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau conducted investigative actions against businessman Denis Komarnytskyi.
We reported that the NABU and the SAPO carried out a large-scale operation called “Clean City,” aimed at exposing and stopping the activities of a criminal organization. It was involved in large-scale land corruption in Kyiv. The group illegally seized land plots in the capital, influenced the decisions of local authorities, and received benefits in the form of funds and real estate.
