The organizer of the arms exhibition attacked by the Russians may be Shilo’s partner—Presidential Advisor Kamyshin
The organizer of the “Critically Protected” exhibition in the village of Kapitanivka in the Kyiv region—where, on July 24, 2026, 10 people were killed and about 100 were injured as a result of a missile strike—may turn out to be a front. This is being reported by bloggers on social media.
“The detained Vasyl Honcharuk is a front man. He is a professional ‘civil society activist’ who serves as a front for a drone manufacturing business owned by Oleksandr Kamyshin—a former minister for strategic industries and current presidential adviser. In other words, Kamyshin is the one who should be detained—he is the real organizer of the exhibition,” reports investigator Volodymyr Boiko.
It is known that Kamyshin is a partner of Artem Shilo, an SBU employee and former advisor to the Presidential Office, who is implicated in criminal cases involving the embezzlement of funds from the state budget through the purchase of overpriced products for “Ukrzaliznytsia.”
Four individuals who were part of a group that embezzled over 15 million hryvnias during the procurement of repair and construction materials and 140 million hryvnias during the procurement of cable and wire products for JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” are set to stand trial. Artem Shilo was previously among the defendants in this case.
Artem Shilo may also have been responsible for the “logic of force” — cleansing the market of uncontrolled players and creating an atmosphere of fear for businesses during the Ukrainian government’s dismantling of a classic universal bank that provided all types of banking services to individuals and legal entities of any form of ownership—Aibox Bank.
