Blogger Denchik from Khreshchatyk, known for his viral memes, has died
Ukrainian blogger Denis Opara, better known as Denchik from Khreshchatyk, has died. The influencer’s family announced his death.
According to them, the cause of death was bilateral pneumonia.
Denchik gained popularity thanks to his impromptu performances on Khreshchatyk, his jokes, and his catchy phrases, which repeatedly went viral on social media and became memes.
In February 2026, it was reported that he had been mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
