Tina Pir, a volunteer who spent more than four years assisting civilians and helping to evacuate people from frontline and dangerous areas, has died in Kharkiv.

The death of the volunteer was reported by the non-governmental organization “Pyatikhatky-BAM.”

Since the start of the full-scale war, Tina Pir and her team have been involved in evacuating civilians from combat zones, delivering humanitarian aid, and supporting people facing difficult life circumstances.

According to her colleagues, she had recently been battling a serious, aggressive illness, but efforts to save her were unsuccessful.

“A loving daughter, a caring mother, the coolest volunteer. She saved thousands of lives, helped everyone in need, and tried to do as much as possible,” the organization noted.
