Ukrzaliznytsia has launched a new train service between Lviv, Lutsk, and Rivne

Starting July 16, Ukrzaliznytsia has added an additional service on the Lviv–Lutsk–Rivne route. Passengers will be transported by a modernized railbus.

The new train is expected to improve connections between the Lviv and Volyn regions and provide passengers with more options for traveling between cities. The company has also released an updated schedule.

Trains will run according to the following schedule:

• Train No. 822 Lviv–Lutsk–Rivne departs from Lviv at 09:35, arrives in Lutsk at 13:35, and reaches its final destination, Rivne, at 14:36; 

• in the opposite direction, Train No. 821 Rivne–Lutsk–Lviv departs from Rivne at 15:07, stops in Lutsk at 16:17, and arrives in Lviv at 20:10.

Tickets for these trains are now available for purchase. They can be bought at ticket offices at train stations, as well as through the carrier’s mobile app in the “Long-Distance” section.

Ukrzaliznytsia has changed the route of three trains passing through Stryi.

During the summer travel season, Ukrzaliznytsia passengers have been leaving their personal belongings in train cars more frequently. The number of reports regarding lost property has exceeded 100 cases per day.
