More than 60 assault troops and dozens of pieces of equipment were destroyed with Tlok's participation
Dmytro Nahorny, an FPV drone operator with the “Predator” brigade who goes by the call sign “Tlok,” was awarded the Order “For Courage,” Third Class. The unit says that his combat operations helped thwart several large-scale Russian assaults in the Pokrovsk direction and hold Ukrainian positions.
The soldier was presented with the state award on July 3. According to the brigade, during just two battles, the FPV drone crews—of which “Tlok” was a part—destroyed dozens of pieces of military equipment and more than 60 Russian assault troops.
Dmytro Nahorny, an FPV drone operator with the “Predator” Brigade under the Ukrainian Patrol Police Department, known by the call sign “Tlok,” was awarded the Order “For Courage,” Third Class. The military officer was presented with the state award on July 3. His unit notes that the award recognizes his professionalism, composure, and effective work on one of the front lines’ most challenging sectors.
“Tlok” serves as part of an FPV crew that carries out combat missions in the hottest areas of the front. During one of the Russian forces’ massive offensives in the Pokrovsk and Rodynske areas, the occupiers launched an attack using armored vehicles, cars, and large assault groups. Despite constant pressure from the enemy, the crew continued to engage targets. The brigade notes that Dmytro Nahorny’s experience, his knowledge of radio communications, and his ability to operate under active Russian electronic warfare helped thwart the attack.

During this battle alone, Ukrainian drone operators destroyed 4 armored vehicles and 12 cars, eliminated 27 Russian assault troops, and wounded more than ten occupiers. As a result, the Russian advance was halted, and the Ukrainian defenders held their positions. During the next combat shift, Russian forces launched another attack. This time, the offensive was supported by artillery, multiple launch rocket systems, and their own FPV drones.
Despite the continuous shelling, “Tlok,” together with his comrades, continued to carry out his combat mission. According to the brigade, working alongside other Ukrainian units, the soldiers destroyed 8 pieces of military equipment, three enemy positions, and 34 Russian assault troops. Another attempt to break through was successfully thwarted. The “Predator” Brigade emphasizes that it is precisely thanks to the efforts of such crews that Russian troops were unable to advance. “This award is for cool-headed judgment, professionalism, and combat operations that daily thwart the enemy’s plans and help hold the Ukrainian lines,” the “Predator” Brigade noted. This was reported by the brigade.
