PrivatBank purchased generators worth 349 million hryvnia in preparation for a harsh winter
The state-owned “PrivatBank” signed a contract with “Darex Trading Solutions” LLC for the purchase of diesel generators with connection services totaling 349.96 million UAH.
The electronic auction, with no budget specified, took place on the bank’s own platform, and the contract report was subsequently uploaded to the “Prozorro” system. The winning bidder turned out to be the sole participant in the auction.
Over the course of two years, the bank is to receive 449 Darex Energy diesel generator sets equipped with Japanese Yanmar engines and KJ Power or Leroy-Somer synchronous alternators. The generators are single-phase, with a voltage of 230 V, an electric starter, an automatic transfer switch (ATS), and a soundproof, all-weather hood.
The estimated cost per unit is 200,000 UAH, and the final price will be determined based on the actual work performed and the cost estimate. The equipment’s service interval is at least 500 operating hours, and the engine’s emissions standard complies with EU Stage IIIA or EPA Tier 3.
Payment is to be made in two installments of 50% each: the first installment within 10 business days, and the second installment within 10 business days after delivery. Market prices for these generator models are not available in open sources.
