Weather forecast for June 3 for Ukraine and Kyiv
On Wednesday, June 3, moderately warm weather is expected across Ukraine; however, parts of the country, particularly the Right Bank, will be affected by a weather front bringing rain. In Kyiv, forecasters predict daytime temperatures of 16–18°C.
Cloudy with some sunny intervals. Moderate rain is expected on the Right Bank, with heavy rain in some areas overnight in Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad, and Odesa regions. No precipitation is forecast for the rest of the country. Overnight and in the morning, there will be fog in some areas of Zakarpattia and Prykarpattia. The wind will be southeasterly, 5–10 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will range from 10–15°C, daytime temperatures from 16–21°C, and up to 25°C in Zakarpattia and the far south of the country.

Forecasters explain: in early June, air masses over Ukraine are shifting. Cold air is gradually retreating eastward, replaced by warmer air from Western Europe. In the coming days, temperatures will rise to 8–15° at night and 18–23° during the day, reaching up to 25° in the south of the country. Pressure will drop, so on Thursday, rain will spread across most of the country, except for the east. On Friday, it will get warmer, but rainy weather will persist in the west.

May 2026 in Kyiv turned out to be warmer than usual and was accompanied by a series of meteorological anomalies. The city recorded new all-time high temperatures, as well as periods of the greatest heat during the month.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center released a forecast for the second month of spring, according to which temperatures and precipitation will remain within the climatic norm.
