The Rada approved a bill imposing fines for excessive noise from cars and motorcycles
The Verkhovna Rada adopted Bill No. 15358 in principle, which establishes penalties for operating vehicles that exceed permissible noise levels.
A total of 261 members of parliament voted in favor of the decision during the first reading.
One of the bill’s authors, People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak, stated that the legislation is intended to help combat excessively loud cars and motorcycles on the roads.

On September 16, the Verkhovna Rada passed a bill in the first reading to amend the rules for taxing international parcels. The new regulations may take effect no earlier than July 2027.
In addition, the Rada allowed internally displaced persons from the temporarily occupied territories to purchase housing using vouchers and loans.
