The Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office is seeking to freeze MP Hrytsenko's assets worth over 4.7 million hryvnia
A prosecutor from the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court seeking a ruling that assets totaling more than 4.7 million hryvnias belonging to A. Hrytsenko, a member of the Kyiv Oblast local council, are unjustified.
The case involves property registered in the name of the council member and his family members, including two apartments, a plot of land, a house, and two SUVs.
The SAPO prosecutor filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court seeking a ruling that the assets used by local council member A. Hrytsenko are of unjustified origin.
The council member acquired the property
The lawsuit is based on the findings of a lifestyle review conducted by the National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NAZK) and evidence independently gathered by the prosecutor, which established that between 2021 and 2025, the council member acquired the following:
2 apartments,
2 plots of land,
a private house near Kyiv,
a “VOLKSWAGEN TOUAREG” and a “TOYOTA LAND CRUISER PRADO 150.”
It was impossible to acquire these assets with lawful income
The deputy registered some of these assets in his own name, and the rest in the names of his wife and son. The total value of the property exceeds 4.7 million UAH.
At the same time, an analysis of the income and expenses of the official and his family members indicates that it would be impossible to acquire these assets using lawful income.
It should be noted that the High Anti-Corruption Court, upon a motion by a prosecutor from the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) as part of preliminary measures, has seized the aforementioned property.

The SAP responded to the Prosecutor General’s statement regarding the safe containing U.S. dollars.
Earlier, it was reported that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the SAPO are conducting a large-scale special operation codenamed “Carthage” at the Office of the Prosecutor General in connection with a case involving possible “protection” of fraudulent call centers.
Prosecutor General Kravchenko disappeared after the NABU and SAP operation began. According to UP’s sources in political circles, Kravchenko drove into the government quarter, after which no one saw him.
Later, Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko resurfaced and stated that he had no connection whatsoever to covering up for illegal call centers and had not issued any instructions to facilitate their operations.
