Zelenskyy: Ukraine Has Received a New Shipment of Missiles for NASAMS

Ukraine has received a new shipment of missiles for its NASAMS air defense systems. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this in an evening address.

According to him, another batch of ammunition for the NASAMS systems arrived in Ukraine yesterday. Zelenskyy thanked partners for fulfilling their commitments to supply missiles for Ukraine’s air defense.

The president also noted that Ukraine is continuing negotiations to obtain the necessary number of missiles for the Patriot systems.

Separately, Zelenskyy announced that Belgium has decided to transfer three more F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine in 2026. He emphasized that combat aircraft are used, in particular, to counter Russian attack drones.

Ukraine has received a second batch of F-16 fighter jets from Denmark. The Western aircraft are already in Ukraine.

Denmark has provided Ukraine with 10 additional mobile climate-controlled storage units for aviation equipment. These units are designed for equipment that requires specific temperature and humidity conditions.
