Soboleva was appointed as the state representative on Naftogaz's supervisory board
The government has appointed Oleksiy Sobolev, deputy head of the Office of the President and former Minister of Economy, as a member of the supervisory board of NJSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” in his capacity as a state representative. The decision was adopted by Cabinet of Ministers Order No. 763-r dated August 6, 2026.
With this appointment, the company’s supervisory board is now fully formed. Currently, Duncan Nightingale serves as its chair; Robert Sleshynsky, Erik Rasmussen, and Tor Martin Anfinnsen are independent members; and Anna Artemenko and Kostyantyn Maryevych serve as state representatives alongside Sobolev.

The Cabinet of Ministers has appointed Kateryna Rudnyk as Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of Ukraine. The government adopted the corresponding decree on July 27.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Major General Mykhailo Drapaty, commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, replacing Oleksandr Syrskyi.
