A kindergarten security guard is suspected of raping a 13-year-old girl in the Lviv region
In the Lviv region, a 45-year-old man suspected of raping a 13-year-old girl was arrested without the possibility of bail.
According to the investigation, in late June in one of the villages in the Stryi District, a man who was acquainted with the child’s family and helped her mother with household chores allegedly committed the crime while the girl was left alone in the yard.
Investigators claim that the suspect was intoxicated and threatened the child that he would tell her classmates about the incident so that she would not call for help. The girl’s mother witnessed the incident and reported it to law enforcement.
The man was notified of the charges against him under Part 4 of Article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The court ordered him to be held in custody without the right to bail.
