The remainder of the High Anti-Corruption Court’s decision of January 12, 2026, remains unchanged. The decision takes legal effect upon its announcement.
The High Anti-Corruption Court ruled that assets used by a deputy of one of the village councils in the Kyiv region were unjustified. By the court’s decision, property—including vehicles and land plots—with a total value of over five million hryvnias was confiscated for the state.
