⚖️ The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court has upheld the confiscation of some of the assets belonging to the family of the late corrupt official—Mykola Ladovsky, former head of the State Environmental Inspection of the Carpathian Region.

It has been established that during his tenure, the official acquired movable and immovable property worth 20 million hryvnias, which was registered in the names of family members and third parties. This includes
✔️three apartments and a non-residential space in the center of Ivano-Frankivsk, ✔️a Volkswagen Touareg (2021) and a Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG (2023).

The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court, having heard the arguments of the parties, upheld the appeal of one of the defendants and refused to recognize one apartment worth 1 million hryvnias as unjustified. The remainder of the High Anti-Corruption Court’s decision of January 12, 2026, remains unchanged. The decision takes legal effect upon its announcement.

The High Anti-Corruption Court ruled that assets used by a deputy of one of the village councils in the Kyiv region were unjustified. By the court’s decision, property—including vehicles and land plots—with a total value of over five million hryvnias was confiscated for the state.

The High Anti-Corruption Court also extendedthe restrictions imposed on former Supreme Court Chief Justice Knyazev.
