Fuel prices on June 4: how much do gasoline, diesel, and gas cost at gas stations
As of June 4, 2026, Ukraine’s largest gas station chains have updated their fuel prices, keeping them at current levels.
Currently, the average price of A-95 gasoline in the country is about 76.70 UAH per liter, while a liter of diesel fuel costs drivers an average of 86.84 UAH.
The highest prices for gasoline and diesel are traditionally offered by the premium chains “Okko,” “WOG,” and “Socar.”
At the same time, the most consumer-friendly pricing policies are demonstrated by the “Ukrnafta” and “BRSM-Nafta” gas stations, where fuel prices remain the lowest on the market.
Meanwhile, the government’s fuel cashback program, which ran from March 20 to May 31, 2026, has ended in Ukraine.
This temporary anti-crisis measure was introduced to support citizens during a sharp spike in the cost of petroleum products.
According to First Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, 2.3 million Ukrainians took advantage of the government initiative, receiving 15% compensation for the purchase of diesel fuel, 10% for gasoline, and 5% for automotive gas.
Despite the fact that due to the conflict in the Middle East, Ukraine has joined the top ten countries worldwide with the highest rates of diesel price increases (prices rose by 33.9%), the market is not facing a shortage of resources.
Serhiy Kuyun, director of the A-95 consulting group, assured that there is no shortage of diesel fuel and none is expected, as supply volumes in March fully matched last year’s figures.
