Housing prices in Ukraine rose by 17.2% in the first quarter of 2026 compared to the same period last year.
This was reported by the State Statistics Service.
According to the agency, housing prices rose by 17.3% in the primary market and by 17.1% in the secondary market.

Compared to the fourth quarter of 2025, the overall price increase was 6.1%.

The National Bank of Ukraine has announced a change in its approach to implementing the "єОселя" program, which supports mortgage lending to citizens. The new mechanism is planned to be introduced in early 2026.
