"Dii" has launched an online data verification service for employers to check the military service status of their employees
Ukrainian companies, institutions, and organizations can now verify and update their employees’ military registration data through the “Diya” portal. This new feature allows employers to submit information to the Territorial Military Registration and Enlistment Offices and the Military Commissariat online, completely eliminating the need for paper-based documentation.
Through the portal, employers can submit electronic notifications regarding the following personnel and personal changes for employees:
- Hiring or termination;
- Change of last name;
- Change of residence.
Provided that the information is submitted electronically, it is no longer necessary to duplicate it on paper.
To update the data, the manager or an authorized representative of the company must do the following:
- Log in to the “Diya” portal.2. Fill in the required information.3. Sign the notification with a qualified electronic signature (QES).After the submitted information is verified, the data in the “Oberig” Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons Subject to Military Service, and Reservists will be updated within 72 hours.
As a reminder, the “Diya” app has introduced the option to apply to port a mobile number to lifecell while retaining the number and carrier code.
