An ambulance and a Dodge collided in Rivne; three medical workers were injured
In Rivne, at the intersection of Soborna, Knyaz Volodymyr, and Knyahyni Olha Streets, a traffic accident occurred involving an ambulance and a Dodge Journey.
Three paramedics who were part of the emergency medical team were injured in the accident. Preliminary reports indicate they sustained minor injuries.
According to police, the ambulance was traveling with its flashing lights and siren activated. A 29-year-old resident of the village of Zaborol was behind the wheel of the Dodge.
Investigators and patrol officers are on the scene. Traffic on that section of the road is congested.

As a reminder, the Pryluky City and District Court in Chernihiv Oblast sentenced a former police officer to eight years in prison for a fatal traffic accident that killed a six-year-old child.
In Lviv Oblast, a 68-year-old driver of a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, who was under the influence of alcohol, fatally struck a Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemember. This was reported by the Lviv Oblast Prosecutor’s Office.
