In Kharkiv, a man attacked police officers with a knife
In the Saltivsky District of Kharkiv, an aggressive man armed with a knife attacked law enforcement officers during a document check. As a result of the attack, which occurred on June 25 at around 4:00 p.m., two police officers sustained injuries while performing their duties. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the Kharkiv Regional Police.
The suspect was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Law enforcement officers determined that the suspect had previously been brought to criminal liability on multiple occasions for committing various crimes and is also wanted for evading mobilization. The incident has already been entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Part 2 of Article 345, “Threats or Violence Against a Law Enforcement Officer,” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The investigation is currently ongoing, and authorities are deciding whether to notify the man that he is suspected of committing a crime.

In the Shevchenkivskyi District of Kyiv, law enforcement officers detained a 28-year-old man who, while intoxicated, committed acts of hooliganism and injured a minor.
