One person was killed and four others were injured in a traffic accident in Kharkiv
A fatal traffic accident involving two vehicles occurred in Kharkiv this morning.
This was reported by the police.
The accident occurred around 6:00 a.m. at the intersection of Architect Alyoshina Street and Heroes of Kharkiv Street.
According to preliminary data, the driver of a Mitsubishi Pajero failed to yield to a BMW 540.
As a result of the collision, the 50-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi died at the scene.
Four other people—two passengers in the Mitsubishi and the driver and a passenger in the BMW—were injured and hospitalized.
A criminal investigation has been opened into the accident.
As a reminder, eight people were injured in a traffic accident in Chernihiv Oblast.
Additionally, in the Rivne region, road workers were charged in connection with a traffic accident that left three people dead.
