A blood donation center in Kramatorsk is temporarily suspending operations
In Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast, the blood transfusion center will temporarily suspend operations starting Monday. This decision was made due to the deteriorating security situation in the region.
The medical facility is suspending operations for an indefinite period, and further updates regarding its operations will be announced separately.
“Due to the escalation of the security situation, the ‘Blood Transfusion Station’ municipal non-profit enterprise is suspending the acceptance of donors effective August 10, 2026, in order to ensure the safety of its employees and the public,” the statement reads.
The Kramatorsk City Council reported this on Telegram.
