In Lutsk, an Audi driver struck a soldier from the TCC
On August 12 in Lutsk, the driver of an Audi began driving away while his documents were being checked and struck a member of the Territorial Defense Forces. The man then fled the scene.
According to police, military personnel and patrol officers stopped the driver, born in 1986, during a search operation. While his documents were being checked, the man began driving and struck the soldier.
Law enforcement officers conducted investigative operations, which led them to locate the driver and find his car.
Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor’s office, investigators notified the man that he was suspected of violating Part 2 of Article 350 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Earlier, a community head in Donetsk Oblast was killed in a traffic accident.
As a reminder, the Pryluky City and District Court in Chernihiv Oblast sentenced a former police officer to eight years in prison for a fatal traffic accident that resulted in the death of a six-year-old child.
In Lviv Oblast, a 68-year-old driver of a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, who was under the influence of alcohol, fatally struck a Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemember. This was reported by the Lviv Oblast Prosecutor’s Office.
