The Kyiv police opened a criminal investigation after receiving a report from a woman who described a possible incident that occurred while she was traveling in a third-class car on the Odesa–Kyiv train, where, according to her, an unknown man touched her body without her consent. The police emphasize that all circumstances of the incident are being thoroughly investigated, and a decision on the case will be made after a full set of evidence has been gathered.
