A major system failure occurred at Reserve+

There has been a technical glitch with the “Reserve+” app. Some users are unable to load the app or view their military registration information.

When opening the app, information may not display, and certain features may not work properly. In some cases, users receive an error message suggesting they try again later.

Due to these access issues, those subject to military service are advised to carry a paper copy of their military registration document. You can also save a PDF version of the electronic document in advance.

The causes of the outage and the timeline for restoring full functionality of “Reserve+” have not yet been disclosed.

Reserve+ had previously received an update, and the Ministry of Defense had warned of potential disruptions.

Prior to this, the “Reserve+” app experienced a major outage, and data was not being updated.

Prior to that, on the evening of August 22, the “Army+” app and some “Reserve+” services were temporarily unavailable due to technical work on the “Trembita” system. The work will take place from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and the Ministry of Defense warned that restoring all services may take longer.
