"Reserve+" will temporarily suspend the processing of some deferrals
On October 2 at 2:30 p.m., scheduled maintenance will begin on the Ministry of Social Policy’s systems. As a result, the “Reserve+” app will temporarily be unable to process certain types of deferrals.
This applies to deferrals related to the disability of the conscript himself, his children, or his parents.
“For several days, it will not be possible to apply for a deferment related to disability—whether the conscript’s own, or that of their children or parents—in ‘Reserve+.’ Logging in again will not restore access to these services during the maintenance work. Please remain logged into your account and do not exit the app to log in again,” the announcement states.
The Ministry of Defense emphasized that information regarding disability or an already approved deferment, which is reflected in the electronic military registration document, will not be lost.
In other words, the technical work will specifically concern the ability to apply for such deferrals, while data already present in the electronic military registration document will be preserved.
“We will provide a separate announcement regarding the resumption of service—tentatively on October 4 after 4:00 p.m. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience,” the statement adds.
Thus, the processing of deferments related to disability will be unavailable for several days, and the Ministry of Defense promises to provide a separate announcement regarding the resumption of these services.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
A technical glitch has occurred in the “Reserve+” app. Some users are unable to load the service and view their military registration data.
Reserve+ had previously received an update, and the Ministry of Defense had warned of potential glitches.
Prior to this, the “Reserve+” app experienced a major outage, and data is not being updated.
Prior to that, on the evening of August 22, the “Army+” app and some “Reserve+” services were temporarily unavailable due to technical work on the “Trembita” system. The work is scheduled to take place from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and the Ministry of Defense warned that restoring all services may take longer.
