There has been a disruption in the operation of the Privat24 app and website
On Friday, June 5, Privat24 users experienced issues with the app and PrivatBank’s official website.
The first reports of the outage appeared on social media. Bank customers complained that they were unable to log into the app and use certain services.
PrivatBank later confirmed the technical issues.
“Friends, we know that there are currently difficulties with Privat24 and the bank’s website. We are already working to ensure everything is fast and convenient again,” the bank’s press service reported.
The bank assured that specialists are already working to fix the issues and restore stable service operations.
The causes of the outage have not yet been specified.
