The Armed Forces of Ukraine have introduced a unified electronic medical record system
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has implemented a unified electronic outpatient record in the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s Medical Information System. It will replace 11 paper medical records in which military medical personnel previously had to duplicate patient information.
The ministry notes that this innovation will reduce the time spent on record-keeping, speed up the issuance of medical certificates, referrals, and documents for the military medical commission, and allow medical personnel to devote more time to treating service members.
The Ministry of Defense emphasized that the old paper logs will no longer be digitized—all new entries will be entered directly into the secure Medical Information System of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As a reminder, on the night of July 8, strike drones of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a military airfield in Borisoglebsk, Voronezh Oblast, Russia. This airbase is home to aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces, which are used for both combat and training missions.
Over the past day, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have reduced the Russian army’s ranks by another 1,260 soldiers. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released updated data on enemy losses as of July 8, also reporting the destruction of a significant amount of enemy equipment.
