Participants in the SvitloDom program may submit reports on the use of funds
On May 4, Ukraine began accepting reports on the use of funds under the government’s “SvitloDom” program, which provides funding for alternative energy sources for apartment buildings.
This was reported by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development.
Reports are submitted online via a personal account on the “Diya” portal. This feature becomes available after the funds have been used. The report must be submitted by an authorized representative or the manager who filed the application for assistance.
The document must specify how the funds were used, include supporting documents for the purchase of equipment, and be signed with an electronic signature.
Some information is populated automatically, including details about the recipient, the building address, and the decision to grant the aid. Additionally, information about the purchased equipment must be provided: name, serial number (if available), quantity, and cost.
Copies of purchase documents, the co-owners’ decision approving the report, and photographs of the installed equipment must be attached to the report.
The ministry emphasizes that the report must confirm the purchase, installation, and operation of the equipment. The system checks for correct completion and, in case of errors, indicates what needs to be corrected.
The report is considered submitted after all fields are filled out, documents are uploaded, and the electronic digital signature (EDS) is applied.
Under the program’s terms, funds must be used within 45 days, and the report must be submitted within 30 days of the equipment’s installation, but no later than December 20, 2026.
