Ukrenergo issued a forecast for power outages on September 9
No electricity consumption restrictions are planned in Ukraine on Wednesday, September 9.
“Tomorrow, Wednesday, no restrictions are planned,” according to a statement from Ukrenergo.
The company is urging people to use high-power appliances between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
