On Thursday, July 23, no rolling blackouts are expected in Ukraine.
At the same time, energy officials are urging citizens to use electricity wisely and, if possible, to use high-power electrical appliances during the day—from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Should the situation in the power grid change, additional information will be published on the company’s official websites.

On the night of July 19, Russian troops launched a ballistic missile strike on Kyiv. One person was killed and eight others were injured as a result of the attack. Damage and fires were reported in five districts of the capital.
