According to Axios reporter Barak Ravid, the parties discussed ideas that could help restart the negotiation process and accelerate an end to the war. No other details of the conversation have been disclosed at this time.
Dmytro Lytvyn, an adviser to the President of Ukraine, confirmed that the phone call took place, noting that it had ended shortly before the report was published.
