Ukrenergo does not anticipate any power outages on August 5

There are no plans to impose electricity consumption restrictions in Ukraine on Wednesday, August 5. This was reported by the National Electricity Company “Ukrenergo.” At the same time, energy officials are urging Ukrainians not to overload the grid and to use electricity sparingly.

There are no plans to implement scheduled power outages in Ukraine on August 5. No consumption restrictions are currently expected. “Tomorrow, on Wednesday, no restrictions are planned,” the company said in a statement. Therefore, Ukrainians should not experience power outages due to scheduled consumption restrictions on Wednesday.

At the same time, Ukrenergo urged the public not to forget about conserving electricity. In particular, Ukrainians are asked to avoid turning on high-power electrical appliances unnecessarily throughout the day. Energy officials emphasize that even in the absence of restrictions, it is important not to place an unnecessary load on the grid. Therefore, it is best to use high-power appliances sparingly and, whenever possible, avoid turning on several energy-intensive devices at the same time.

For now, Ukrenergo’s forecast remains positive: no power outages are planned for Wednesday, August 5. NEC Ukrenergo announced this on Facebook.
