A Level 1 weather advisory has been issued in some regions of Ukraine due to severe weather
The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center has warned of reduced visibility to 200–500 meters due to fog in the southeastern regions and in the Kharkiv region overnight and on Saturday morning.
Due to unfavorable weather conditions, a yellow danger level has been issued for these regions. Across the country, cloudy weather with some sunny intervals is expected, with no significant precipitation, except for light rain in the western regions and the southwest during the day.

Temperatures on March 28 will range from +2° to +7° at night, and during the day the air will warm up to +13°...+18°. In the Carpathians, wind gusts of up to 15–20 m/s are possible, and daytime temperatures will be +4°...+9°. No precipitation is forecast for Kyiv and the surrounding region; daytime temperatures in the capital will reach +15° to +17° with a moderate northeasterly wind. Experts advise drivers to be especially careful on roads in areas with fog due to significantly reduced visibility.
On Friday, March 27, warm and mostly dry weather will continue in Ukraine. However, this will be the last day before a significant drop in temperatures.
The second month of spring in Ukraine will be marked by moderate warmth and precipitation within the climatic norm.
Warm and sunny weather will continue to delight Ukrainians for a few more days, but by the end of March and beginning of April, weather conditions will deteriorate significantly.
