In Odessa, a 12-year-old girl fell from a high-rise building and died
A 12-year-old girl who had come on vacation with her grandmother from another region died in the Primorsky District of Odesa.
Law enforcement officials are investigating the circumstances of the tragedy.
According to police, the child’s body was found near a high-rise building. Preliminary findings indicate that the girl fell from a shared balcony on the seventh floor. She died at the scene from her injuries.
Investigators have opened a criminal case and are conducting the necessary investigative procedures. Police noted that the family had not previously been under law enforcement scrutiny. Preliminary theories regarding the incident are being examined.
