Ukraine Begins Accepting Applications for Government Incentives for Industrial Parks in 2026

In Ukraine, as part of the "Made in Ukraine" program, the acceptance of applications for state incentives for industrial parks in 2026 is now open.

This was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

The state supports the creation of industrial infrastructure, connection to power grids, and the restoration of damaged facilities on a co-financing basis.

“Businesses can launch new production facilities, create jobs, and manufacture products with higher added value,” Svyrydenko emphasized.

According to her, as of the end of 2025, 37 factories had been built or were under construction in industrial parks. Since the program’s inception, 22 parks have received state incentives, within which 56 projects totaling 1.8 billion UAH are being implemented.

State support is provided on a 50/50 co-financing basis; for frontline and de-occupied territories, the ratio is 80/20. The applicant commits to commissioning at least 5,000 square meters of industrial real estate within three years and attracting a minimum of two manufacturing enterprises. According to estimates, every hryvnia of state investment attracts 5–6 hryvnias of private investment.

Applications can be submitted until August 15 through partner banks: Oschadbank JSC, Ukreximbank JSC, Ukrgasbank JSC, and Sens Bank JSC.

Recently, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine officially included the new “BRIL PARK” industrial park in the relevant state registry.

As a reminder, the “Bukovyna 1” industrial park was the first to be officially entered into the registry in 2026.

Additionally, Ukraine’s first underground industrial park will be created in Kharkiv.
